The screensaver seems to install and run just fine here on Windows 10. When do you get the read error? While installing or when you try to start the screensaver?

How strange. Perhaps there's some compatibility issue with your computer and this particular screensaver. It works when I open it via the shortcut icon that's placed on the desktop or via the Screen Saver Settings panel.
You could try re-installing it again, but if that doesn't work, I would remove it. Perhaps there are other Space screensavers that you like and that do work.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
