Hello Harold,
Unfortunately, the HP MOPy Fish screensaver is so old that it won't run on newer computers with a so-called 64-bit architecture, and it looks like your laptop is running Windows 10 64-bit. I'm afraid this screensaver will only work with versions of Windows that are 32-bit, or even 16-bit, and it's not likely to ever be updated for 64-bit.
Sorry I can't be of more help. Hopefully you can find another screensaver you like.
