'failed plugin'

Hi I'm trying to use the pendulum eyeball but it is saying 'failed plugin'
Any ideas?

• Hello Dr Pen,

  Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

  One thing you could try is follow the instructions on our help page titled How to fix the 'blocked plugin' error. It basically involves installing or updating Flash Player.

  If that doesn't work, compatibility between the screensaver and your version of macOS (Mojave) may have broken somehow. This happens quite a lot with Apple.
