How do I take a picture off my screen, on MacBook Air?

Not sure how a picture from trash ended up on top of my screen. I cannot see my Mac choices to choose from. How do I remove this picture?

  • Hello,

It's not entirely clear to me what's happening on your MacBook. It probably doesn't have anything to do with screensavers, so I'm not sure I'll be able to help. If it is, in fact, a screensaver, you should be able to exit by pressing any key on the keyboard or by moving your mouse. You'll then see your macOS environment again.

If a window is overlapping all other elements on the screen somehow, you could try pressing the key combination Command + M to minimize the current window.

Other than that, it's hard to tell what's happening. If you can take a screenshot using your smartphone and share it here, I might be able to figure it out.
