How do you add screensavers on windows 11
I tried to follow the steps on this website and some other websites but I still couldn't get it to work I've tried to save it on multiple folders and I couldn't locate them in that particular folder

Some screensavers are distributed as a .SCR file within a .ZIP archive file, for those you'll have to follow the instructions here, but Padbury Clock is an example of a screensaver that is distributed with an installation program. You would simply have to open the 1027-padburysetup.exe file to start the install process.
Once the installation program has copied the required files to your computer, you'll be able to find the screensaver in the Screen Saver Settings panel.
