I want to have the Windows 10 ribbons screen saver to appear on my PC screen after two minutes of idling?
I don't want scenic photographs on my start up screen.

The Ribbons screensaver comes pre-installed with Windows, so you would only need to open up the Screen Saver Settings panel and select it to activate it. Then in the "Wait" box, enter 2 to have the screensaver start after 2 minutes of inactivity.
See our help page: How to change your screensaver
Your start up screen is the Lock Screen. You can customize what you want to have appear there via Settings > Personalization > Lock Screen. You can either show a custom image, a slideshow of images, or use Windows Spotlight, which automatically downloads high-resolution scenic photographs.
