installed as an autocad script file
Changed it to an exe, it would run on the pane but not load a a screensaver app. Would not install any way i tried, just let me make changes to the setup, would not show up as a choice in screensaver dropdown/select.

Did you place the screensaver file in the Windows directory? That's required to make it show up among the other screensavers in the Screen Saver Settings panel.
For instructions, see How to install a screensaver from a ZIP file.
(This will not work if you've changed the extension to .exe, it needs to be .scr)
