Johnny Castaway Error - Windows 7 64bit.

The screen kept closing - so I opened it in DOSBOX and ran the line and it comes up with:

Cannot find WIN386.EXE needed to run in 386 enhanced mode; check to ensure the path is correct or reinstall Windows.

  • Hmm, I have not encountered that error message before.

    I assume you get that message upon entering the "win runexit c:\windows\scrantic.exe /s" command from step 4.2 of the tutorial? Do all the preceding commands in that section work OK? Can you access the "windows" folder after using the "mount" command, for example?
