Not updated?

Hi, so my system now is MacOS Ventura, and when I try to install the screensaver it says that it is not updated?

With every new major release of the macOS operating system, Apple tends to make changes that affect the screensaver system without any concern for backward compatibility. As a result, a screensaver that would work on a previous version of macOS is likely to stop working on a newer version unless the author of the screensaver can figure out what the changes are and work around them in a new release. Unfortunately, many screensavers are no longer actively maintained by their authors, e.g. because they've moved on to other things or can't afford to invest time in keeping up with all the changes in macOS.
This is also the case with the FBI screensaver, so I don't expect a new version will be made available. Sorry for the inconvenience!
