Hello Raymond,
Are you using the Photos screensaver in Windows 10?
It pulls all images used in the slideshow from a folder you specify (or the Pictures folder by default) and displays those as they are. If the original image is upside down, it will also appear upside down in the screensaver.
You'll have to rotate the picture using an image editing app such as Windows Photos (not to be confused with the Photos screensaver). Just double-click the image in your Explorer to open it up in the Photos app, and at the top of the window you'll find several editing tools. It will probably look a bit like this:
Click the rotational icon (second from the right) to rotate the picture, and when you're done press Control + S on the keyboard to save a copy of the image.
