Screen saver doesn't work

Hello,
screen saver does not work. I'm using Windows 7 and even on the second PC Win 10 does not work. Quicktime player I have already installed. You can fix it, please?

• Hello Linda, thanks for posting.

  The screensaver should work, and has been tested, on both Windows 7 and 10. Note that it may take a few moments to initialize when it starts, during which the screen will remain dark. Do you get an error message? What happens?

• It still doesn't work. After instalation, I checked that the screensaver is set on. Screen is all time dark and nothing happens.. even after 30 minutes, still dark. A tryed this same practice on win 10 too, and still dark too.
  No error messages.
  An the firt time there was a message asking if windows transparency (aero) is enable. Then I checked it and set it enble.
  I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling

• Thank you, Linda. I have just installed the screensaver and can confirm that it does not seem to be working. Sorry for the inconvenience. It will take me a bit of time to look into the cause and find a fix. I will post here when I know more.

• The screensaver has been updated, and I just tested it to work on a Windows 10 machine. Please download it again and let me know if it works for you, too!
