Screen Savers
I have pictures that come on and change. I can not get to them. I have to turn my computer off to kept this from happening

Hello Mary,
If these pictures are shown full-screen and only after a period of inactivity, then it's probably the screensaver. It's possible that the Photos screensaver, which is built into Windows 10, has been activated for your computer. If so, after a few minutes of not using the computer a slideshow will start with photos from your personal folders.
However, screensavers are built to be unobtrusive: any time you press a key on the keyboard, or you move your mouse or press a mouse button, the running screensaver should automatically exit and bring you back to your Windows environment. So having to turn off your computer to make it stop definitely shouldn't happen.
Have you tried disabling the screensaver through the Screen Saver Settings panel?
