Screensaver installed but shows up missing
I have used this site before and I downloaded the screensaver but after installation, the screensaver in my settings is there but no image comes up. The fireplace screensaver is one of my choices but I just get a white screen with an f icon and no fireplace

I got this from another screensaver's help; the problem is generalized:
...(it) will stop working once you've installed the Windows Update that removes support for Flash (KB4577586)

As Lorenzo writes, this is due to the removal of Adobe Flash from Windows. It looks like the Windows update was released to most people today. As a result, a lot of screensaver that require Flash, including this Fireplace screensaver, stop working.
Please have a look at some of the other fireplace screensavers on the site. We are working on adding labels to the screensavers to indicate whether or not they require Flash. Until that's ready, it may be a bit of trial and error.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
