You're right, it looks like the Fishdom screensaver is no longer working properly. It's not unsafe in the security sense but it does appear to cause some screen disturbances while it is "running", and the screensaver never actually appears.
We'll investigate it a little more, but if we can't find a solution we'll remove it from the site.
