Unable to Install "4th of July Art" on Windows 10 Pro (64-bit)
Tried to install but got the following error message:
This app can't run on your PC
To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher.
Obviously a very unhelpful error message from Microsoft.
Has anyone figured out what to do to get the installer to run?
I tired "Run as Administrator", but that didn't help.
I have an after-market Flash Player installed and have successfully ran programs that require the "no longer available" Adobe Flash player so don't think flash is the issue here.
Thanks.

Usually that message means it's a 16-bit screensaver running on a 64-bit version of Windows, but that doesn't appear to be the case here. It runs fine on my PC with Windows 11 64-bit. I did get a false positive from Windows Defender, which I've reported to Microsoft, but perhaps you did not run into that.
Alternatively, you could download the screensaver without the installed. I've uploaded it here as a ZIP file. Try extracting the screensaver file within the ZIP archive to your Windows folder, and see if it shows up in your Screen Saver Settings panel.

Thanks for the quick response.
Using the ZIP file worked!
Maybe provide that option with an explanation in the description of the program?
If you add that, I'd suggest also mentioning that the *scr file needs to be copied to the C:\Windows\SysWOW64 folder (for Windows 10 and 11).Paul Yelk
