Update: detailed uninstallation instructions for all versions of Windows, including 8 and 10, are now available. Please refer to the following help page for instructions per version: How to remove (uninstall) a screensaver (Windows)
Hello Shirley, thanks for posting. Sorry about the outdated help page on uninstalling screensavers, it doesn't have instructions for Windows 10 yet. I will update it as soon as possible, and in the meantime will try to guide you through the steps.
You refer to Windows 10 in your post, but our website detected your operating system as Windows 8.1. Are you posting from a different computer, perhaps?

On Windows 10, click the Start button in the bottom left corner, then click the cogwheel icon to enter the Settings menu. Click the "System" link, then click "Apps & features" in the left sidebar. Is the screensaver listed here? If so, click it once, then click the "Uninstall" button to begin the removal process.
On Windows 8, enter the Start menu by moving your mouse into the bottom left corner of the screen and clicking "Start". Here, type "programs", then click "Settings" in the right sidebar, followed by "Programs and Features" on the left side. If the screensaver listed? Click it once, then click "Uninstall" at the top.
If it's not listed, you may have to remove the screensaver file manually. Click the Start menu button again, then click the File Explorer link (icon of a folder). Click "This PC" in the left sidebar, then double-click on the C: drive. Double-click the "Windows" folder, then click the "Type" header at the top of the window to sort all files by file type. Scroll down the list until you get to the files of the "Screen saver" type. If your screensaver is listed, right-click it and select "Delete". If it's not listed, repeat this process for the "System32" and "SysWOW64" folders within the "Windows" folder. The screensaver file should be in one of these three folders.
On Windows 8, you can access the File Explorer with the folder icon in the taskbar (if present), or by searching for "file" in the Start menu and clicking "File Explorer".
Hope that helps! Let me know if you have any further questions, and please include the name of the screensaver so that I can provide you with more detailed instructions.
