Video Card Lock Error
Dream aquarium recently just stopped working and I geta popup error message - Video Card Lock Failure. I tried update to latest version but indicates that is what is running. Since was working fine then wasn't suspect Windows update had something to do with it...

I've not seen that before. I think it would be best if you report this to the Dream Aquarium developer through their website. You can use this contact form.
I checked their message board but did not see similar reports so it may be a new issue, and the developer will be better able to look into it.
Hope it gets resolved!
