I'm afraid Chromebooks run on a completely separate operating system called ChromeOS that cannot run applications, including screensavers, that were created specifically for Windows and/or macOS.
ChromeOS does have screensaver functionality, but unfortunately you can only use the screensavers that Google ships with that operating system.
