Air Bubbles
Air bubbles of various sizes move upward to the surface of the water in this looped video screensaver for Windows. By default, the screensaver may not fill the whole screen, unless it exactly matches your screen resolution, but you can fix this by setting the "Item Size" to "Resize to fill screen" in the "Position" tab of the screensaver's settings menu.

it doesn't work, even after putting the file on SysWOW64 and System32

Handsome!
Great concept and not bad at a quick glance. Motion is too jerky, though, and the loop isn't very long nor seamless.
