Based on imagery from the NASA Earth Observatory, the Earth at Night screensaver from MSN rotates our planet in the middle of your screen, against a solid black background. The Earth is always shown from the night side, with larges cities appearing as bright lights all around the globe. The screensaver has no options that you can set.

The image is low-res, which is not apparent in the screenshots. It also includes a prominent photo credit, which the screenshots do show. Not sure how quickly the image rotates; I saw no movement in ~3 minutes.
