Galaxy Dance
This interactive screensaver is a simulation of thousands of blue, green and orange colored dots that resemble stars in a galaxy, swarming around the screen in giant flocks. Press F1 to consult a panel that shows you all the available functions and their corresponding keys. For example, you can use the A, S, D and W keys to fly through this "galaxy", press K for a kaleidoscopic view, and the sparebar to pause the animation. Press the ESC key to exit.

Quite nice. Though it seems more like underwater bubbles to me, or even a flock of sparrows. It does not resemble galaxies IMHO.
I'd rate it at 3.5 stars. Would be 4 if the name were more aptly chosen.
