Hélice Éclair
This animated screensaver is a celebration of the Hélice Éclair, an aircraft propeller designed by Marcel Dassault during the First World War. The propeller quickly became popular and was used in numerous fighter aircraft developed by the French aircraft manufacturer SPAD (Société Pour L'Aviation et ses Dérivés). In the screensaver, the propeller is rendered in 3D and shown in high detail from various angles. No sound effects or music included.
