I use Windows 10 Pro - I had to turn on compatibility for WinXP SP 3 to get the installer to run. (The popup the installer gives you just says "the screen saver has been installed" in German) After that, absolutely no issues with running it.
Clicking on "settings" just launches it. Also, the car seems to be images of a 3D render, so it's not like it'll "look better" with graphics card/etc changes. It very much looks exactly like the screenshots.
Only supports one monitor.
