ToasterClone

ToasterClone is a 2006 clone of the iconic Flying Toasters screensaver from the After Dark series first released by Berkeley Systems in 1989. It features 1940s-style chrome toasters with wings, as well as pieces of toast, flying through the screen against a black background.

Installation instructions

Apple Mac OS X

  1. Double-click the file you downloaded to start the installation program, then click "Agree" if you accept the terms of the license.
  2. Click and hold the ToasterClone 1.0.qtz file and drag it onto the Screen Savers folder on the right side. You may need to authenticate the action by entering your username and password.
  3. The ToasterClone screensaver has now been installed. You can activate it via the Desktop & Screen Savers panel in System Preferences.
