InstantStorm
InstantStorm is a free program for Windows that can convert any SWF (Flash) file to a fully functional screensaver. You can scale the Flash animation to your preference, design the screensaver's settings dialog, change its behavior, add additional files required by the main Flash file, and publish the project as a standalone SCR file or as a screensaver installer.

It kinda will DEFINITELY WORK so I think the Adobe Flash Player is still there, but It needs to be removed as of 2021, Flash support has gone EOL by sayin' Au Revoir.

Great piece of freeware, yet I can't seem to get images to work. Can't recommend it enough though

Does not work anymore sadly :( Probably because Flash is out of support now. It used to work.

Skip this one unless you don't have windows 10. Won't work on Windows 10!
Screensavers Planet: We tested InstantStorm on Windows 10 and both the application itself and the generated screensavers seem to be working without errors.
