  • The HP MOPy Fish screensaver dates back to 1997 and unfortunately can only run on 16-bit and 32-bit versions of Windows, and I see you're on Windows 10 64-bit.

    HP is probably never going to update this screensaver. You may be able to get it to run using the same technique we describe in the Johnny Castaway tutorial.
